advice needed on how to fix this..

I have a 1994 yz 250. it broke a ring and ruined the plateing on the cilender and mashed bits of ring in the head.

where would i send the cilender to get it replated? i have seen places like powerseal and langcourt,but whats the best place?

also would it be worth the money to get it ported? where should i send it?

millenium technologies can fix the jug ...now the head may be able to be machined depending on the severity of the damage ..otherwise get a new oem head for it
