water leak from hole under waterpump??

hi i have a yz 250 2002
i have a water leak cumin from under the waterpump cover it is cumin from a tiny hole it is fine when riding but when turned off if leaks like mad .i have replaced the 2 seals but still the same problem any help please!

wtaer pump shaft or bearing is shot switch it out with another new seal
