Default blaster bogging

my 04 blaster is starting and idling just fine. when i push the throttle it boggs down but does not turn off. it cleared up and ran fine the other day, but this problem keeps coming back. i changed the plugs and cleaned the carb but its still doing it. it may be electrical? can anyone help please?? thanks
