| Its a waste of fuel on a stock motor.Plus its not cheap.Tell him to save the race fuel money and do some port work,pipe,intake!!

| it will run fine, just expensive gas... octane is a rating of compression that the gas can withstand before prematurely detonating... so in a stock motor with no upgrades to increase compression he will be paying a lot for high octane gas thats not needed... if you were smart you'd go buy premium and sell it to him as race gas for the price of race gas and pocket the spare change. just kidding, but not really.
