| I'm not positive on the break in time, I would say just a couple of hours, unlike a 4-poke. THe oil injection, however, personally I would ditch ASAP. What happens if you accidentally run out of oil? I know, not likely, but what if you broke the tank or a line or something? Or it just plain decides to crap out on ya? Youd be doing a bottom end and a top end. I have a '74 DT250 (endurobike) and I disconnected my oil pump too. I've been running Golden Spectro at a 40:1 ratio. |

| thanks for the info. I have wanted to get rid of the autolube since i bought the blaster. I bought it for my girlfriend and it siezed when her son was riding it. I think that there may have been a failure in the autolube. I would appreciate help in how to get rid of it.

| just buy the blaster oil block off kit. It will have all the instructions on how to do it and will have all the hardware you need to do it.

| screw buying a $30 kit i can do it without the kit very easily. first off take the cover off of the pump then remove the side case. it full of oil so get a drain pan before hand. now when you have the side case off flip it over and remove the gear from teh pump then reassemble everything. i made the mistake of buying that kit for my blaster. then after i talked to a few people i realized that i wasted $30 yeah it coems with a billet plate but you never see it. ok after you ahve the pump gear off then you need to remove the lines and the tank. OK HERE IS THE VERY VERY IMPORTANT PART!!!!! WHEN YOUI TAKE THE LINE OFF OF THE CARB YOU MUST PLUG THAT INLET WITH A VACUUM CAP. IF THAT IS NOT PLUGGED YOU WILL RUN VERY VERY LEAN AND BURN TAHT BABY UP. get a vacuum cap form the hardware store and plug it up and make sure it fits very tight. youi can even put a very small dap of RTV on the carb (not inside the cap) then push it on that way it won't ever come off. i never had a problem but just keep an eye on it everyonce in a while maybe everytime you change gear oil just take a peek and make sure it's tight. other than that happy mixing and welcome to the ral 2 stroke world now. oh yeah blasters run great at 36:1 i use spectro and my blaster always ran good 36:1 with spectro and 92-93 octane gas
